Jane and David were not happy with their existing windows look and performance. Uninspired by UPVC and aluminium alternatives, they decided to introduce Velfac windows and doors into the property.

Before committing to a big investment it was important that Jane saw the products first hand.

"People buy so much online now. We like to be able to touch and feel and being able to go to Scene and show us the choices we could make was great."

Scene offered advice and discussed various options. David gravitated to the Velfac range after seeing them instore.

"We liked the product. We liked the look. We liked that you could have a different colour on the internal and external."

The results were remarkable. The slim frames and up to date colour scheme have totally revitalised the house.

We chose Scene, their communication was great. In my opinion they went over and above. Since that works been done and people do stop and say "Wow! Thats made a massive difference."
